Honey was built out of a contact list most buyers would trade a season for. Our founder came up on the operations side of California cannabis — cultivation first, then distribution, then buying — and learned the business in the part of it where the excuses happen: short manifests, mislabeled lots, a farm that promises indoor and delivers something else entirely.
Honey Cannabis Consulting is the fix she wanted for herself. A woman-owned sourcing desk in Sacramento that answers the phone, knows the growers personally, and puts its name on the product before you put yours on the shelf. She runs every category herself, from indoor pounds to gummy runs, and keeps the partner list short on purpose — a farm earns a spot by delivering three times in a row, not by pitching well once.
